How do I measure my ring size?

Ring sizes are DIFFERENT on EACH HAND & EACH FINGER!!

Ring sizes change by 0.4mm per half size. A millimetre can be the difference between a ring fitting and not fitting so measure carefully!

STRIP OF CARD METHOD

Get a strip of card, bend it round your finger and make a mark, tape it shut and check how it slides over your knuckle. See that it fits on snugly (stays on while you shake your hand) but without bending out of a circular shape as the metal ring wont bend.

Measure an existing ring - internal diameter in mm. Send me a clear photo from directly above, showing the ring on top of a ruler, so that I can see the measurement internal diameter of the ring.

How do I care for my jewelery?

Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place. Oxidisation, or blackening of the surface, happens naturally as the silver is exposed to air. Gently rub it with a dry silver polishing cloth - you can pick these reusable cloths up online for £4.

STORE POLICY

TIMINGS

Stock items are ready to buy immediately, however for commissions please allow at least 2 months - this will depending on processes, design, and my availability. Any hand carved, cast items will likely take 1-2 months due to outsourcing of lost wax casting process. Bespoke rings like wedding rings will take between 1-3 months due to the design process, sourcing gemstones and taking measurements. Additionally, hallmarking can take up to 3 weeks.

SHIPPING POLICY

I aim to ship orders within 2-4 weeks from receiving the order. Please bear in mind that some orders are made entirely from scratch and this will affect shipping times. All products are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Contact via email for worldwide shipping at adjusted cost.

RETURNS POLICY

Payment Methods

Stock items from can be returned within 4 weeks of purchase if found to be unsatisfactory as long as they are not damaged. However, commissioned or personalised items are non-refundable.

Solutions will always be found for any issues that arise. :) Refunds will not be made for postage costs.

If you tell me the wrong ring size, I will charge extra for resizing.  ​​​​
